General Contractor in Richmond Hill, ON

I met with Paul to discuss major renovations (kitchen, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout, paint entire house, garage door access & front hall closet etc.) to a house I'd purchased in October 2012. His price was very reasonable given the tight timeline (3 weeks). He and his team did a fantastic job. I love it!!! Paul is a perfectionist, he spent many late nights on site to ensure he finished on time and within budget. He and his team go above and beyond to guarantee the client is happy. We worked closely together choosing granite,faucets etc. He knows alot of tradespeople and made great recommendations. I've already referred him and his team to my sister for a renovation starting soon.I recommend Paul and his team to anyone contemplating a renovation big or small, bottom line, they get the job done.

On our last review posting in March /2012 - We mentioned that Paul (Centerline Contracting) was commissioned to do a small laundry room update - Well, it turned out better than I ever expected - Now, Jeffrey my husband, really loves doing the family laundry ! As for the ensuite bathroom renovation, that is on hold for now - But, Paul just finished a beautiful interlock driveway and concrete flowerbed border at our home - It turned out so nice that we've had neighbours and cars stopping to take a look! I really want to thank Paul and his crew for doing such a great job! And yes, I will say it - "I am trully tickled pink!!!" again!

My husband and I were searching for a plumber for a small kitchen renovation and I happen to come across this website and I read Centerline's reviews and decided to contact them - WOW! Great decision! Paolo came by and was really honest and straight forward with his estimate and respected our budget - The contract was signed and Paolo and Luciano came to do the job - They were very professional, clean and stayed within their timeline and my husband and I are really tickled pink on the job -And now we've commissioned Centerline to come back to do a small laundry and a complete ensuite washroom renovation. Five Stars!

Just had a +$35,000 basement renovated by Paul and his team. They were all very clean, and respectful. Before starting the project Paul brought his quote along with a blueprint of what it was going to look like AND a 3D rendering of my project. I was completely amazed and the basement turned out exactly like he showed me. He was very up front and informative of all changes and came with a wide variety of ideas!!! Very Very impressed and satisfied. I will definitely use Centerline Contracting again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Centerline just completed 2 bathroom renos and I would highly recommend Centerline to all my freinds a very well executed organization, on time and on budget. I wish I would have meet them sooner.

Paolo and Luciano are true professional contractors. They took on a basement job which my earlier contractor had completely messed up and delivered a finished product to my satisfaction. I dealt with Paul on the budget and payments and he was always very reasonable. They both put in extra long hours to finish the details. Finally, they cleaned up the place for a nice finished look.

I would highly recommend them for any home renovation project.
