Woodland Construction Co. has been in business since 1985 and the key to our success has been the quality of workmanship we offer along with our professionalism and reliability. One of the most important things in any renovation project is communication between the Contractor and the Client and this is where we are different from your average contractor. We are very enthusiastic about all of our projects and we want to provide our clients with the final product that they envisioned from the start. We listen to what they want and don't just push them into something that they won't be happy with. We help all our clients through the process and take away a lot of the stress that can be associated with any renovation project. We enjoy working with people and we enjoy the smile on their faces when they see the final product.

We have hundreds of satisfied customers, and this is one of the key reasons our business has succeeded. The majority of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers. We treat every job as if it is work being done at our own home.

We started out in the renovation business back in 1985, and we do all aspects of residential construction from custom fences and decks to complete interior renovations including: Basement Renovations, Bathroom Renovations, Kitchen Renovations, Additions, and Custom Home Building.

We have also been featured on five episodes of the HGTV series "The Designer Guys", where we successfully completed high end renovation jobs under tight deadlines.

John Maugeri, who is the owner of Woodland Construction, is also a registered real estate salesperson with Homelife/Bayview Realty Inc. He has been in Real Estate since 1995 and his expertise in this field can help you make the right choices when thinking about what renovations to do and where not to go overboard. It is important to make the right choices in order to make your house more sellable in the future.

Woodland Construction has been renovating kitchens for over 25 years and we can provide you with an initial kitchen design for a small fee that will be credited back if you choose to proceed with us on the project.

General Contractor

Woodland Construction has been renovating homes for over 25 years and our knowledge of the industry is what helps us make all our major renovations run smoothly. We have developed great realationships over the years with all of our subtrades and we only use subtrades that are up to our standards.

Bathroom Renovation

Woodland Construction has been renovating bathrooms for over 25 years and our experience and quality in this field is unsurpassed. We do recommend that all tiles and bathroom fixtures be on site before the start of the renovation to avoid delays. Woodland will help with design ideas if needed.

Handyman Services

Woodland Construction has been installing interior doors for over 25 years. We will install any type of interior door for you from standard hollow core to solid wood. The install will be completed professionally by our fine finish carpenters and we will leave the jobsite clean upon completion.

Decks & Patios

Woodland Construction has been in the wood and composite deck building business for close to 30 years. When it comes to decks we are among the best in the industry and our hundreds of satisfied customers can attest to this. All of our decks are built to code with top-notch finishes.

Fence Install & Repair

Woodland Construction has been in the fence building business since we first started over 25 years ago and all of our fences are built to last with a quality that is unsurpassed.

Basement Renovation

We offer options for either standard or high end basement renovations depending on your budget. Our quality is second to none and we can provide referrals. We have been in business for over 25 years and are fully insured and use only licenced trades. We accept all major credit cards.
