We hired Thrive Construction to complete the framing of our basement. After getting multiple quotes, Sean & his team were the clear choice, pricewise they were on par with most of the other quotes we were given. He was always quick to answer our calls and if we had any questions he answered them right away. While Sean was looking at our project he found issues with the structure that no one else had found or noticed, he found issues we would have never known about had he not pointed them out. He took our ideas for layout into consideration and openly gave us suggestions when he thought that there was a better way to make what we wanted work. These changes made such a difference and we are so happy he gave his honest opinion. During the project Thrive's clean up was impecable, there was never any mess, they always clean up after themselves and leave the project presentable throughout. The quality of their work shows a true pride in their trade. Thrive is dedicated to doing things properly and making sure everything is done to code. You will not find this company cutting corners anywhere. We passed our building inspection no problem and he has given us many references for other trades to complete the rest of our basement renovation project. Sean and crew framed a house for me recently. This was a rebuild due to the Slave Lake wildfires of 2011. He also did several new roofing projects. This is a challenging work environment especially in the dead of winter. Sean did very well, overcoming many challenges to crank out an excellent product. Site was kept tidy. Homeowners were very pleased. At framing inspection there was not a single deficiency. I was very impressed and would recomend Thrive to anyone. I found Sean on this website and i must say that Sean and his crew are incredible. I hired them to build my 2 storey walkout 2008 sq. foot house and the workmanship was excellent! Everyone who has worked on the house since has commented on the outstanding quality of their work and since doing my job Sean have done another house for a family member who is a skilled home builder and who does custom home building also commercial building and was very impressed with the work. We used Thrive construction to frame and shingle our addition. Sean did a excellent job from start to finish. Sean was there during the pouring of the foundation and corrected problems before the concrete was set.

At the end he made sure that we were satisfied with the final product before he would accept the last payment.

He was very professional and courteous to our family, neighbours and other trades people. During the construction we came across unexpected difficulties with our trusses. Sean was very solution focused. He gave use a couple of options on how to fix the problem and gave us time to decide what direction we wanted to go. We never felt rushed or pressured by him to make a decision.

He keeps the construction site very clean and organized which we appreciated because we were still living in our home during construction. We also appreciate his creativity. We believe that our home looks more pleasing to the eye because Thrive construction was on the job.

The building inspector also commented on the excellent craftsman ship of his work. We have recommended Sean to friends and coworkers because we know he will do an outstanding job for them as he did for us.

The quality of work was excellent and he brought some nice ideas to the table. Overall we are very satisfied with the framing of our basement.

Just ask to look inside the tool trailer. Its speaks lots about the way these guys work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sean's attention to detail and ability to deal with unexpected truss issues were exceptional and greatly appreciated. Since this was our first home construction his Ideas, patience and willingness to make changes for a reasonable price made the homebuilding process less stressful. My wife and I would definitely recommend Sean as a contractor to friends and we would want Sean to be our contractor on any future homes we were to build.

Thive Construction had framed 2 larger homes with us. They are hard workers who put out a great quality product. Our subtrades who follow him have also commented on the quality of craftsmanship. When he is complete, he always leaves the site very clean; sweeps the house and puts all his scrap garbage in one accessable pile. His communication is also great, he calls me even if he will be starting a little late that day! Something almost unheard of from stubtrades. Since Thrive Construction has performed greatly for us in the past, they will be completing future projects with us.

Sean has done a few projects for me. I have always been impressed with his work ethic, knowledge and quality of work. He is very conscientious, hard working and really cares about the customer.
