Deck Construction

We had a 2 tiered deck constructed using cedar , glass paneled hand rail and cedar pergola gate beautifully constructed. Steve consistently arrived in a timely matter daily or would call if he was going to be late. Steve's job site was left daily in a neat manner. He estimated a time that this project would take and he was right on. The cedar pergola gate with rod iron insert has made the entrance into our backyard beautiful. It takes on a million dollar view.We would not hesitate to hire Steve again. He was respectful , charming and trustworthy. It was peace of mind to know we could leave him unattended in our backyard with entrance to our home when ever he required to use the facilities. Finally, we have found a gem to hire for all our household projects.

Multiple Home Renovations

We have known Steve of Satland Enterprizes Inc. for approximately 14 years and highly recommend him to everyone we know. We have an older home and anyone with an older home knows how they seem to be in a constant state of renovation and with our busy family/work schedule we just don’t have the time to spend repairing and renovating. Steve is a life saver - as he does everything! For example, in our home he has replaced most of our windows, installed fireplaces, tiled, framed and dry walled, installing laminate flooring, made custom cabinetry for our exercise room - all of this with the attention to detailing that an older home needs.

Most recently, this year we noticed our old retaining wall in our back yard was rotting. Steve removed our fence (keeping it intact as it was still good) removed the old retaining wall, installed the new retaining wall and border and put the fence back on, cleaned up all the old materials, all within 2.5 days!

If you are looking for a general contractor who is trustworthy and has a vast knowledge you need look no further, Steve is the best you will find. We are so comfortable with Steve that we have even left him with a key to our home for access when we were away – there are not many contractors out there that one would feel comfortable doing that with. We highly recommend Steve. You will not be disappointed with his quality of work.
