We hired Michael to renovate all the basement with option to build a bar. Michael had plenty of great ideas how to make my basement modern looking and comfortable. He put the design of the bar, kitchen and the rest of the basement together in a perfectly practical and creative manner that my wife and I were thrilled to see executed. He was very responsive to provide a detailed quote and spent time walking through exactly his timing, he was very transparent regarding his pricing, where the costs were, and what would cause him to increase. He was very careful and conscientious, kept things very tidy and did not damage any parts of the house, even during demolition and scrap removal.

We are pleased with the final result. He stuck to the original budget and there were not any cost surprises. The basement looks great! Without a doubt, I would use this company again.

Michael and his crew were very hardworking as well as very polite and easy to work with. Michael was open to our vision for the bathroom and brought it about. He also sourced out good deals on the fixtures and privacy window--and made sure that we were happy with everything. We have had so many comments about our gorgeous renovated bathroom. He was very fair and honest and we will hire him again to do our basement. His wife, Maria, was also very helpful with her suggestions for our bathroom. If you're not sure what will look good, they will offer suggestions.

We only wish we have taken pictures of our home bathroom before we called Artistic Homes by Pliska. The respond was amazing quick and the result fantastic. We are really impressed with Michael innovative thinking around house renovation. The price was right, and we will no hesitate to use them again! We now have a nice looking new bathroom.

hey guys, i needed my kitchen floor redone.my kitchen sink needed some plumbing work and one of my house walls was really damaged. Michael did an excellent job taking care of those issues. He worked very fast and utilized his time efficiently. Everything was done very professionally. Pricing was very reasonable. Qualitiy of work was outstanding. I don't think i would of found a better deal than Artistic homes by Pliska. I highly recommend Michael and his work. Next time i need to do any kind of renos I know who to call ! Thanks again !

Michael has fininished actually 2 projects for me. I found his company on Better Business Bureau site. I was going to do a little upgrade to my bathroom, but when I saw qualty of his job I asked him to do bedroom and living room in my basement too. He totally made a new look of my basement. He was always on time, polite, opned to suggestions. The cost of his work was very reasonable. I am happy with what he's done.
