Living Space Contracting started back in 2005 We are a Design-Build-Renovation General Contractor that provide services for Additions,Cottages, Garages, Framing, Fences and Decks, Basements, Flooring and Siding.

We are fully insured and are covered by WSIB.

I have worked directly with all aspects of building, from permits to CBO inspections, Townships and Bylaws, Civil and Strucural Engineers,Mechanical and Electical Engineers, Designers and Architects and the Minestry of Labour.

I am able to complete a large number of different tasks on time and on budget I also know a vast number of sub contactors that are able to help in the specialty areas of work.
