Nice job, great at tile laying (nice and straight lines and levelled). Great personality and very amicable. Vlad is quick and reliable; we would hire him again to do more work.

No problem recommending Vlad for any type of reno job. He knows his stuff, very easy to deal with, understands and follow your plan. Over all he did a great job on our washroom shower and floor tiles. Knows how to get a good deal on tiles also.

After the installation was completed, I have had a close look at the work performed. Several issues have been identified. This job consisted of two full bathroom renovations that included expensive fixtures and expensive tiles including Carrera Marble large scale 12 x 24" and marble mosaic tiles, plus a large scale 12 x 24" Porcelain tiles. When the project began I noticed several mosaic tiles had been chipped and broken during installation and left this way. I told Vlad about this initlal find, and he removed and replaced all the broken tiles. After grouting, I also mentioned that all the grout used in both bathrooms appears to be inconsistent in colour. This was never addressed. Since then, I also noticed that the grout around the marble floor tiles cracked within a week after install. I notified Vlad after I had the tile issues examined by a rep from a Tile manufacturer. That rep suggested that the subfloor movement may be an issue since there was not backer used under the tiles. They were laid directly over the plywood subfloor. Vlad came and removed and replaced the two large 12 x 24" marble tiles and a slice of tile along the wall area. He remove the grout around these tiles only. After he did so, I noted that he had installed 3 broken pieces of tile at the wall area since he obviously broke that tile into pieces when he cut it. Like he did with the mosaics, he just install the broken bits instead of cutting a new piece of tile. I had to remove these unsightly broken pieces. I am very discouraged by this less than professional job and the fact that these were considered to be "good enough" fixes. These are expensive tiles and as an Interior Designer I question any contractor who isn't concerned about making it right. Since I have not heard back from Vlad about the grouting that is still incomplete, I had to source the grout that was used on the entire project. Here is where I learned that the grout used is very old stock, well beyond its expiry period according to the Manufacturer, who advised that it should never have been used. Luckily I still had the bags with the Batch numbers that I was able to enquiry about with the manufacturer. I informed Vlad about the grout problems and asked him to contact his supplier about this. All the issues I had noticed are exactly what the Manufacturer confirmed as problems with using this old expired product. Now I am waiting to see if Vlad will contact the supplier he purchased the grout from to see what they are prepared to do about the grout replacement for the bathrooms. [FYI Issues for anyone to be concerned with are: inconsistent grout line colour, bubbles or lumps in the grout lines, and cracked grout.] Meanwhile I cannot install the vanities or toilets until this grout issue iss fixed. I've heard nothing back from Vlad at this point. I had wanted to try this new company for these two bathroom projects in my own home, with the intention to use them on future projects for my clients" homes if the work was done well. Very disappointed.

We had out ensuite remodeled; this included new travertine flooring and shower, in-floor heating, standalone tub install and new chandelier install. We were very satisfied with the quality of services and workmanship received and would not hesitate to use Silvertip Flooring again for other projects.

Vlad was very patient with us as we selected colors, tiles and grout. Was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything to do with tiles and shower renovation. On budget no hidden costs, started the project on time and finished when promised. Our new shower looks great, I would reccomend Silvertip Flooring to anyone looking for quality workmanship and stay within estimate for costs.

We had Silvertip Flooring Inc. do a bathroom reno in our home. Befrore I decided on Silertip Flooring, we had 5 other contractors come in a do a quote has well. All where in the same price range. I decided to go with Slivertip Flooring which was the biggest mistake we made. They didn't a terrible job layed the wrong sub floor. We have tile that are cracked and moving.

Paint job was sloppy. Vanity was not but together probbly. Our shower ares is awlfully done. Slivertip Flooring came back and agreed he has to do some fix ups, now he doesn't want to be brothered after he has been paid. Please make sure you do research before using this company.

We were very pleased with the backsplash installation that Vlad completed in our kitchen. We asked him to combine 2 types of tiles (travertine and glass), and the end results were as we had envisioned. Beautiful workmanship, very clean, courteous and on time, all at a reasonable rate. We will definitely get more work done by Vlad and will also recommend him with high praise.
