Renovation Contractor in Saint Leonard, QC

I was looking for a contractor for a total renovation of 25 year old condo. I spoke with 4 contractors. Unique explained what they can do, materials to be used, prices in detailed clear fashon with muliple options to chose from. I was cautious gave them a contract for part of the job to see how they work. I was impressed with the quality of work, professional knowledge, cleanliness and the respect for their work. I ended up by giving them contracts for all the work I needed. I'm very happy with the work they did, and highly recommend this company for any similar job.

Based on a review and a gut feeling after speaking with another contractor, "Unique Inc" had the fairest price and after a courteous and concise estimate I chose to go with Marco. He did a very good job installing and encasing the bathroom ventilation fan into the ceiling, plastering and painting with his employee Carlo. He also installed a phaucet and did some light tune ups around my home.

He was very handy, got the different jobs done well and was informative about the work. He genuinely cares to satisfy the cleints needs and he is experienced as it showed through his work. I have a dog and they were friendly with him around.

It was a pleasure to have contracted him and I know I can count on him for future endeavors.
