Building Custom Home

We just moved into our new home, and are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. I visited the worksite on a daily basis during construction. I found the subcontractors professional, well experienced in building custom homes. Any concerns or questions were dealt with by management in a prompt, professional manner.On the financial side, given the size of the project I am very comfortable with the results. I found the co-construct program to be very useful and informative as it provided a daily status report on the project.

I have provided letters of recomendation to two couples looking for a contractor. I would not hesitate to provide additional recomendations.

Basement Renovation

Alair Renovations completed a two bedroom basement suite renovation for my wife and I on time and on budget. The staff were courteous and didn't mind all the changes my wife made. I would highly recommend Alair Renovations for their ability to communicate effectively and be proactive in the challenges that are inherit in the world of renovations.

Build a New Family Home

My family used Alair Homes to build us a new family home. After sitting down with Blair and Ken, and looking at the numbers, we decided to build our dream home. We were kept in constant contact throughout the build and the team at Alair Homes always took care of any little problems we had. I would have no problem referring Alair Homes to anyone!
