I had Bob remove, repair and instal some closets. He worked extrememly hard and had good intentions. The end result is average. Perhaps my expectations were too high....We did encounter something unexpected which was resolved..

I got quotes for my kitchen renovation from a few contractors and V.I.P were by no means the cheapest. However, I went with V.I.P because of the hours of attention given to my project even before I had made up my mind to go with them, and I went with my gut feeling about their suitability. I was not disappointed with my decision. The painstaking attention to detail and precision that both Rod and Bob took was excellent. I was also given sound advice on reno ideas besides my kitchen project, and more was done for my kitchen than was originally estimated in the project. I would definitely recommend V.I.P for any job around the house.

I recently ran into some troubles with a contractor while renovating my home. I needed to have my main bathroom renovated so i hired Vip Renovations. Bob is the best contractor i've meet in my entire life and was a god sent. He was always on time and never took a short cut to any problems. My home is 40 years old and none of the walls were 90 degrees and the floors were so uneven you will not imagine. My walls are now 90 degrees and my floors are perfect. I spend most of my time in the bathroom just sitting and admiring the job. At the end of the project i cried (with joy). In short, if anyone is considering doing a renovation look no further Vip Renovations with treat your home like their own. They always cleaned up at the end of the day so my house just look like a genie visited while i was at work. I will recommend them to everyone i know and if you're considering doing business with them my bathroom is open for reference viewing.

Thank you BOB. Hate that the job came to an end.

The company is very professional and proficient. The job was done impeccably well and on time. It was also just under the initial estimate. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a professional contractor who knows what he is doing.

vi[p Renovations did an absolutely outstanding job on my bathroom. They took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered precisely that. They never cut corners and did not do things "on the cheap." They are high class and high quality. Throughout the project they kept an easy, open line of communication by encouraging me to review the work as it progressed and taking the time to answer my questions. They cleaned up every day and took care not to distrub my family. The quality of work was fantastic

I highly recommend vip for their professionalism and their attention to detail. They were hired to remove a wall and uild a staricase and they have exceeded our expectations with the final results. We have kids and they ensured that the work area was safe and always ensured that the area was clean after they left. If you are looking for a contractor to do any kind of work, guve these guys a call. We have already referred our family to them and I will be using them again in the future call vip

Finally a contractor who listens! It was more than a pleasure meeting and working alongside these two gentleman. bob completely turned a dark, dismal basement into a bright, wonderful living space with a spacious and full functioning bathroom. They ALWAYS arrived on time, which was usually early in the morning. They completed a good day's work and often stayed past normal hours to finish what they had started. They set reasonable goals and never, ever made us feel like we didn't have a say in what was going on. They stayed right on budget and went beyond to make sure that every little thing was done perfect. Even coming in on a Sunday to ensure the rooms were ready for painting the next day. They were not only professional, punctual, but they were friendly and so respectful of our property.again?.....

vip renovation and his crew were great. The job was started when stated, finished quickly, and the finishes and worksmanship were fantastic. Even better, they were easy to contact, and I knew work would start on time every day. You will not find more personable, approachable workers anywhere. Highly recommended. Diamond

Overall the job was well done but there is still an issue and this company has not responded to my many e-mails.
The job took longer than I expected and they made quite a mess in the house since they did not have adequate equipment for disposal of the rubble

The job was done on time, however there were extra jobs requested by the customer. We were unable to come back and do the extra work requested because we had other jobs lined up. Pictures of the completed job and how it looks are available. There were no complaints about the job that we were aware of which is why this review is such a surprise.
