Perfection Glass and Mirror was hired to provide install glass shower walls & door in my newly built home on November 25, 2011.
The install was performed and things looked OK at a glance, however the smallest piece of the shower glass was not cut correctly, allowing too much of a gap, and wider at the top than at the bottom.
The door hung open by about ½” when not in use.
Too much caulking was applied, some of which remained on the glass.
After a few weeks I contacted Brag to get these items cleared up and my phone calls and emails were only returned after a lot of repeated calling, texting and emailing.
Eventually he called with many excuses about his unavaialbility, and promised that he would have things fixed for me. But he did not come at the agreed upon time.
Since then is a new issue has come up:
The shower door no longer closes at all. When I attempt to close it the two pieces of glass hit each other; and we can’t shower with the door hanging open like this. Again I called Brag, indicating that the shower is now unusable and that he had promised guaranteed service for 5 years etc. etc.
I received no response. I sent one more email, including a letter in which I stated that I would have no other option but to report Perfection Glass and Mirrors to the Better Business Bureau, and would do so by the end of the week. Brag responded finally and said:
Hey irene im sorry i was very busy on opening my shop next month. I was in the states and china for a few weeks. I can promise you that i will be there on saturday afternoon to take care of the problem im extremely sorry.

I agreed to the day and time (Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 1pm) and ended up wasting my time sitting around waiting for him to come and fix things. I sent a text at 2 pm saying I was waiting for him and did not receive a response.
I want to be sure everyone knows not to do any business with this person; his company has no integrity.
