Basement Apartment Renovation

Awesome people!!

Cary did some renovations for me on my basement apt (flooring and painting), he did an excellent job and stayed within my time frame which was awesome cause im selling my house. His prices were reasonable too. I would highly recmmend him.

Awful People!

Will not recommend to any one.......Didn't show up in 5 hrs window of time.....when contacted ....they said no one was home while I had been calling them from my home every hour to ask when will they be coming?....

Terrible people......launched a complaint against them in Consumer Court, Brampton....also getting it published in Toronto Star's consumer section!

BEWARE

TNT Renovations and Hardscape Response:

This is the type of customer to avoid, she was a coupon deal through WagJag. She was told of our 24 hour cancellation policy and of our 24 hour policy to have her paint choice ready no less than 24 hours before her appointment date. She sent her paint choice in less than 24hours of her appointment time automatically voided her voucher; we still gave her a chance. Then after showing up and calling her several times, there was no answer, so our crew left a message on her phone, waited, still no answer so they left. She then called back later in the day and started to demand us to return, this demanding quickly turned into voilent threats. This violates our zero tolerance policy for aggressive behaviour over the phone or in person to any employee of our company, thus, her voucher she got through Wag Jag is now automatically voided. We will not send any worker into a home of an extremely agressive individual.
