Flooring, Chair Rail, Change Locks

Our medical clinic property was being turned over to new tennants. We needed the broadloom carpet replaced with carpet tiles, the VCT stripped, waxed and buffed, and all the locks changed.

Andreas Pirelli and his team were very reasonably priced, and did exceptional work. The quote and contract was very descriptive with no hidden costs. Andreas kept daily contact with e-mail and phone updates. His team sent pictures of the completed work, and an in-person visit of the site showed the carpet looked better than the pictures! We had no problems or issues during the whole process, and the work was completed as scheduled.

I will definitely use Andreas and his team at CPC Universal again in the near future.

Bathroom Renovation

I was very pleased to have found Andreas Pirelli from CPC Universal Group. He and his helper were very professional in all aspects regarding my bathroom renovation. In the past I've had a hard time trying to find a quality renovator to do small jobs (most want big jobs = big money). this wasn't an issue for CPC. Mr. Pirelli is very service-orientated, he realizes that service is an extremely important part of a job well done. I, however, did not require any follow-up service as the job was done perfectly after completion. I would not hesitate to have CPC Universal Group do all my future renovation jobs, big or small. Thank-you guys, keep up the good work!

Electrical Work

CPC was quick to respond and were able to start my project the day after quoting. They quoted one day of work but it took two to complete the job which was frustrating. It was a challenging space to work in with limited access. Nonetheless, the result could have been better. One of the electrical outlets they created shorted the circuit anytime it was used. I asked them to come back and fix it but got no response.

As we read the agreement that we had, we've quoted you a flat rate, which was to your advantage, in this situation. (it took more time because of the hidden facts, behind your walls, more work was given to you, without charging you more), we gave you the greatest service available in the time laps that you had available for this work. All the work inquired for your project was done accordingly, this is why you paid your full billed, once we were done. As for your response to us; I have many questions, our service line is, 403-336-1152, no call was received by us form you, for this complaint, nor did we did we receive a fax at 1-866-920-3681. I shall be waiting for your call, if you have some issues, remember that all of our work is under a 3 year warranty for the labor. Parts are under warranty with the different manufacturers used for your work. As I remember well, the main electrical box of your home had no space available for any extra breaker on the Panel itself. You are using the maximum of your box. Please call us, and we can sent someone there, to see what can be done in this case. Remember we had disclose to you this issue, as your home was built in the 1950 approx. You only have an 80 amp. panel for three floor and the garage. You might need to upgrade your main panel?, if you are requiring more power for your home. Did you add any appliances in your home? Minor Roof Repair

Everything went like it was supposed to. The two handymen showed up on time, were polite and knowledgeable. It took the time they said it would, and cost what they said it would. I would use this service again.

Mobile Home Levelling

Best experience I have ever had with contractors. Polite, informative, postive, and HARD WORKING. Due to some unforseen issues, the job ended up taking quite a bit longer than what they anticipated, but they did not charge me one penny more than the original quote. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat and will use them for all my future home improvement needs.
