Full House Renovation

EnviroRenos completed a full house renovation on our 1970s bungalow from Jan 2012 - July 2012.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience!

We started out with a main floor renovation (excluding washrooms which had been previously renovated). From the moment we met Tavis, we knew that this was someone that we could work with. We were aiming for a modern(ish) feel - and he could see our vision. We knew that there were areas we wanted to save (i.e. using IKEA cabinets in the kitchen) and areas to splurge, and Tavis was open to this, and worked within our budget.

When the (inevitable) surprises came up during the reno, Tavis was always upfront with us about what the issue was, and provided options for solutions. And whenever something came up that I wasn’t su re about, Tavis was open to discussion and always worked hard to make sure that the outcome was as we expected.

Our reno ran incredibly smoothly with very few surprises. I credit this to our open communication, and having many decisions made about products well before either the project started, or prior to them being needed on the job. The basement and final touch ups took several weeks longer than originally expected, and though this was not a major issue for us, it is the reason that I marked timeliness as good.

Following the success of our main floor renovation, we asked EnviroRenos to stay and also renovate our basement. We are very happy with our whole house renovation! This was not just a facelift – walls and doors were moved, the entire kitchen layout was changed (including moving plumbing and electrical), doors (including exterior) and basement windows replaced....

I recommend EnviroRenos to my friends and family, and I plan to call them again when I’m ready for another renovation.
