Renovation Contractor in Oakville, ON

Our 50 year old house needed the bathroom updated. We hired Burloak Contracting to do the work. We found out after removing the tub that the floors were ruined. The guys suggested that the original floors and wall board be gutted to ensure that there were no other problems.

I thought it would be out of budget, but they were very reasonable and completed the job pretty much on the same schedule.

We had the tub marble tile laid out in a 45 degree fashion and it looks amazing.

Great job and no surprises, really nice guys to deal with as well.

Julian and Matt did an outstanding job for me. They installed new flooring in my condo and the quality of the workmanship is superb.

They were always on time which is rare for contractors. They always kept me updated on the progress and decisions to be made regarding trimming and the finishing touches.

Everyone that sees the floors are impressed with the quality of the workmanship.

I have had my hardwood floors done, had my tv mounted, over a fireplace, which is much harder then just on the wall, with the wires hidden and they hooked up my surrond sound. AMAZING..........

During the renovation, Burloak was extremely professional and respected our home. Trust developed over the period they were with us and they were very knowledgeable about their craft. Workmanship was excellent and they utilized their individual strengths, well, to create an amazing basement for us. They stuck within a week of the agreed upon timeframe, and that extra week was the difference between a good basement and detail-oriented, polished product. In the grand scheme of things I strongly believe if they ask for a short time extra, give it to them and you will understand why with the key details and an additional living space worthy of praise. There were a few small details, after the job was complete, that my wife and I asked for and they came back without hesitation to help us out. Personalized service, competent and creative work, and accurate quotes left us feeling good about our decision to go with Burloak Contracting Inc. We will be using them again in the future for all our house renovations and highly recommend them for yours!

We hired these guys to put a washroom in the basement and it was the best choice we made. They are very professional and hard working young men. The bathroom in our 90 year old house was beautifully refinished with all the luxurious extras. The job was done with minimal mess, on time, and at a great price. Work included new wiring and lighting, tiling, plumbing, insulation, drywalling, and in built custom cabinetry ... all completed patiently and professionally with great money-saving advice along the way. We love our new bathroom, and it gets compliments all the time. I recommend these guys with no hesitation.

I had Burloak Contracting completely renovate my unfinished basement. The finished product turned out better than what I was expecting. They did a great job for a very reasonable price. The biggest keys for me were communication and management of the job. There was constant communication from these guys throughout, whether it related to timing of work, expectations or even design suggestions. I found them to be detailed in their work, ensuring quality which probably meant more time and cost on their part without a change in my price. I would definitely use them again for another job.
