General Contractor in Coquitlam, BC

I have seen his work first hand and it is the worst I have seen in a long time. Beware C3 claims to do it all but they certainly dont do a good job of anything. Workmanship was terrible and not professional at all! Save your money, do your research and ask for referrals.

Add to the response above. My mother the client is seriously unhappy. Shaun ruined our expensive wallpaper, the shower leaks and he keeps promising to come and fix it and doesn't. My mom waited at home all day for him to tell her at 8:30pm he wasn't coming. Then when she tried calling him he screen all her calls hitting the ignore button and sent her a text to STOP CALLING. He also did a horrible job with the drywall and painting and she has filled 2 claims with the BBB. He left big holes in the walls where he decided he couldn't put up a towel bar and didn't fill in the holes. He also broke into the house through my Mothers bedroom window because he forgot his keys inside. We were at an event in Langley and he asked us to come home. We said it would be at least 2 hours before we returned home (after the event). He then decided to break into my moms bedroom through the window. He was renovating the basement and the upper half of the house was locked. So he was in the upper half of the house without permission. I absolutely have a right to write this review because I was here most of the time he was doing and work and it was my bedroom/ bathroom that was being worked on. My mother is the home owner and the one writing the cheque and I can assure you she is absolutely not pleased with the work. She has told him that on numerous occasions.

Literally the worst contractor I have ever hired. He lies about when he will be there, doesn't answer his phone, take things without asking, throws out things without permission and screams and yells when you call him. He hasn't finished the job and refuses to take our calls and we are out just over $2000 from the 50% we paid him up front. You have all been WARNED!
