L&W Restoration was established in (1987) by Walter & Lori Kneip. In September of 2008, the proprietorship incorporated and became L & W Restoration Services Ltd.

L & W Restoration Services Ltd. has excelled in all areas of restoration services, including; insurance related property damage claims, emergency service & all types of renovation projects (big and small), residential, retail and commercial handyman services, construction, painting and decorating, project management services, etc. Serving all of the Lower Mainland & Lower Fraser Valley.

In addition to providing handyman services to virtually all of the major chain stores in British Columbia, we have done extensive work for other high profile clients such as the Vancouver Aquarium, The City of Surrey, Armani Exchange, Youth Futures Foundation, Suzy Shier�s, Le Chateau, Coach Leatherwear, NEWAD, Monk McQueen�s, Fields, Garage, Dynamite, F.I.L.E.S, BC Furnace, The Bay, Actionview Advertising, Zellers, M�tis Family Services, and the Vancouver Parks Board.
