Founded in 1998, White Lily Builders Group Ltd. is a general contractor and professional manager of construction services. We provide a wide range of construction services for commercial and residential projects throughout British Columbia.

White Lily Builders Group Ltd. started in the Tri-Cities area as a sole proprietorship. Our success with renovation projects, as well as word-of-mouth recommendations, created a growth, which caused the company to become incorporated in 2002. Through advertising, we were able to expand our company to a staff of 24 employees plus sub-contractors.

We provide special training for our employees, on large scale projects, to make sure that the needs of our customers are, not only met but, exceeded. This enables us to hire employees who are loyal and also exhibit care and concern for all of our customers. After all these years, the first employee we hired is still working with us.

Our primary focus is to provide exceptional customer service by improving your project value. We deliver these services to project owners in the traditional General Building Markets through General Contracting, Construction Management and Design/Build with emphasis on our involvement during the Pre-Construction Phase.

Roy Seyamak was born in Iran and at the age of 17 moved to Holland. It was there that Roy acquired a Civil Engineering Diploma. After moving to Canada, Roy received an Electrical and Computer engineering Technologist Diploma from B.C.I.T. He is experienced in hydraulics, electronic equipment and electrical components.

May Seyamak started in purchasing and from there, began learning about the building industry as a Rental Property Manager. Receiving a Bachelors Degree in English, May became more involved in the business in 2002 and since that time, has worked hand in hand with Roy, making the business everything it has become today.
