Furnace Installation

This installation of a furnace was not in my home but in an investment property and couldn't have come at a worse time. I was getting ready for a vacation when my tenant called and told me that he had no heat. With one simply phone call Blackstone went to the sight and called back with a very competitive estimate for a high efficiency furnace the very next day. I told Mark I was tight for time and he called the tenant and arranged to a convienant time for the installation. The work was completed within a couple of days of the phone call but unfortunately was the same evening that I was leaving on my trip. Blackstone was very understanding and waited until I returned from my trip for payment. Thanks for a great service and turning a major problem into a simple solution Blackstone! I would recommend them to all my friends and will use them in the future for other properties.

Solar Panels Installation

The installation team was excellent- they communicated well to all stakeholders through the installation process. Blackstone stuck to their budget despite a few unplanned surprises. A manufacturing defect in the material was discovered early on solar panels were operational and the company responded quickly to make necessary repairs.
