I used Kevin Dunitz to renovate my downstairs. The quality of the workmanship was unbelievably bad.

Kevin never used any drywall tape or corner bead. There were live electrical outlets buried behind drywall. I had full sheets of drywall on the ceiling that had extremely limited number of screws used to fasten. I had furnace duct work that was pulled apart because he did not measure and locate the vent hole properly, instead the duct work was loosened and pulled across in order to fit the vent into the hole that was improperly measured. One of the doors that he hung was improperly fitted and I ended up with a door handle that was only 2ft of the floor. The other 2 doors he hung were so badly placed there was at least a 2 inch gap on top not to mention the improper alignment overall. The drywall was hung so badly and without proper stud location much of it had to be replaced. Kevin did not fasten many of the boards to any stud at all. I cannot believe the lack of pride in his work and his unwillingness to have the courtesy to call and discuss these issues. He did however have no trouble at all taking my money.
