Lawn and Garden Maintenance Company in Spruce Grove, AB

Not happy with this company. Bought the groupon in Early spring and called Sprouts. There was a voice message stating their computer was down. when i finally reached them, they said they were busy from the groupon offer. the guy said i was nice and understanding so he offered service later in june. when june came i called and this time a woman answered and said they were still busy and then promised service to our yard on september 1. she even said she would take note of my call and call back in september. when i called them on september 3 there was no answer, not even a voicemail option. very unhappy as i have paid and not received anything from this company.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with! They failed to show up for scheduled appointments, nor did they call to let us know they were not planning to come. We had to call many, many time to schedule/reschedule appointments. Rarely did someone actually answer the phone and not once did they return our calls. Don't waste your time or money on this company! It would be quicker to aerate my lawn on my hands and knees with a teaspoon than it would be to wait for Sprouts to bother showing up.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Our first appointment was made for Apr 29 and we are now at Sep 9 with about 7-8 missed appointments. Despite numerous calls & messages from us they have not once returned our calls, called us to advise that appointments would be missed or called us to rebook once the appointed day had passed.

Absolutely unprofessional as well. When they do pick up their phone the call would go like this:

*ring* *ring*

SPROUTS: "Hello?"

ME: "Uh hello?.....I'm looking for Sprouts"

SPROUTS: "Yeah"

ME: "Is this Sprouts"

SPROUTS: "Yes"

ME: "You missed our appointment again yesterday"

SPROUTS: "Oh I'm terribly sorry, we'll rebook you tomorrow and if we can't make it we will call to let you know and rebook the appointment"

NEXT DAY: Phone stays strangely silent, lawn not aerated.

It's as if the owners of this joke of an operation have no actual business experience. They don't know how to answer the phone, they don't know how to take appointments and they surely don't know how to take care of appointments once they're made.

I am in the process of getting my Groupon refunded and will never deal with them again.

We booked 2 appointments with Sprouts and they did not show up twice! No phone calls to cancel or advise they were not coming. Very poor customer service.
