hello, frankie was just looking for a contractor on the site and came across your company again. how are you? i was lookin into redoing my kitchen! brand new custom made cabinetry and new ceramic flooring. i also have some water damage in behind the sink i was hoping you could repair. i was reading the reviews made about you and was quite appauled at what was wrote. When you were employed by me, i had nothinng but great customer service and my basement more than sufficient. perfection is franks downfall i can admit, he likes to do things right and although sometimes this can be time efficient HE GETS THE JOB DONE, And well. Frank it would be a pleasure to have u back please contact me A.S.A.P.

About 2 weeks ago Frank accompanied us with a warm and comftorable welcome to our home. He refinished the basement with an outstanding amount of skill and showed us that the quality of work he not only prepared but did was much more than professional. I have been through a substantial amount of work in the same business as Frank is in I understand that a lot of homeowners are picky and try to get there way out of saving a few bucks. When it comes to Frank money isn't the issue he rather take his time and make that one little thing that many others don't understand to be right perfect. There's a reason and probability for everything and if Frank can figure that out for you, personnaly coming from me he will. He is also a very experianced contractor who has put forth a lot in his life to become what he is today. I'm sure not only me but many other civilized people in this world will understand that. Overall I would reccomend Frank to anyone who would need anything from interior general contracting to finished wood working. Outstanding Frank keep up the work buddy!!

We hired Frank to finish our basement.....biggest mistake! He ripped us for $14,000.00 dollars so my recommendation would be not to hire him. He will give a good price to get your job but then he will start telling you lies about his family, his financial situations and will work very slow till the time he does not get all your money. Once you have paid him in full, he will take off......leaving all the incomplete work. He has done this to 4 families in Oakville. Right now he is being sued in court. If anyone has experienced the same thing, please post it so Frank can't get cheat people the way he has been doing for few years now. P.S Frank is a cheater and a thief, don't let him rip you off!

Frank, your company overview is a TOTAL LIE..........hiring you would be a horror! Its contractors like you who give other contractors a BAD NAME!

Frank, your court date is set for Dec 3, 2008 and this is your last chance before the court orders you to be jailed so stop hiding behind your so called ex-wife and show up in court! Also, stop making up names for the people you have done work for because these are just made up names and also for reference nice to use your wife's name. People please be aware and save yourself from being ripped off by Frank!

Do not pay him the full amount - hold back a substantial amount or he will run with the money.He was very reasonable in price and did a good job for us drywalling and taping an old two storey house BUT:
-his son punctured a plumbing pipe in the bathroom without knowing it and my husband had to replace the pipe - we only noticed it because we were doing something else!
-after he got paid he left us all the waste ends of drywall and garbage - had to rent a uhaul truck to get rid of it and he never came back

Having said that, you'll think us crazy but we would hire him again because he gave us a fair price and did a good job - he is good at it but FRANK, WHY ARE YOU BEING A KNUCKLEHEAD?! We were even going to give you a bonus but you left us with all your crap?
