Colin performed our Basement Development during the Winter of 2012. My Wife and I were extremely happy with the finished product. He has given us a Basement that is both very functional and comfortable. Colin's original estimate for our project turned out to be very close to the final price. Colin made sure the basement was built just the way we wanted. He installed, infloor heating, suround sound speakers, a stone wall, a complete bar area with dishwasher and sink, and a beautiful "spa-style" bathroom. He maintained the storage area and we are now more organized then ever before. Colin has a personality that is very hard to find when dealing with trades in Alberta. He always showed up on time and cleaned up his mess every night. We have recommended Colin to numerous friends and co-workers. Colin does the work himself, he does not hire in Sub-contractors (which drive up the price). If you have a chance to use Colin in any construction project in your house; take it, you will regret not using him. We plan on using Colin for a future kitchen renovation.
