A careful inspection of mechanical and electrical
services passing through the wall . Inspection of
structural support under the wall ( floor joists, beams and jack posts) The load has to be properly distibuted , I've had to add footings and posts . Could be a nightmare if not properly done.

Does the wall actually support the beam or is the beam posted in the exterior walls?
