For some reason the 2nd floor bathroom does not give hot water and only medium pressure no matter how far left the control is. The water is only warm through the faucet and showerhead. The sink gets hot water and good water pressure, as well as the 3rd floor bathroom. Could there be something stuck in the pipes ?

Hi Ben- could be a few different things. Is the faucet a pressure balance unit? If so, it may need to be adjusted to get hotter water. Depending on the manufacturer, they all adjust differently. Moen&Delta are adjusted by removing the handle assembly- if you don't have the instructions there with you- go online to the manufacturers site & you should be able to get step by step guidance. As for the pressure- hard to say- it could be a water saver shower head- some restrict the flow of water to almost a dribble. There may also be debris in the head itself -pull the head & check the screen- take it out and rinse it, then reinstall & try again. If none of these work, you may want to consult a plumber to check the transfer valve behind the wall. Good luck.

Hi my company name is Abba's Service and you probably have a scald guard on this tap. Take the handle off and you will see a little screw inside pointing sideways Take that screw out and pull the little dial out and turn it with the arrow pionting upwards. Very minor!
