I have an 84 mobile home. It needs work and I want to hire someone with experience renovating mobile homes. I have only found one contractor in the Edmonton area who specializes in it so I can't actually compare. I would try to do the renos myself, but then I would run the risk of paying double to hire a contractor to fix my repairs...LOL. So if anyone knows of anyone let me know!!

Most contractors will be able to do a lot of the 'surface work' but if there are specialists then it's a good idea to seek them out to do the mobile home specific work.

There is nothing really different between a small home and a mobile home. I believe that local contractors, not necessarily someone who works with mobile homes, will be able to work on that. Does your mobile need a "big time" renovation?
