Hi I have painted over an exterior porch floor it was originally painted with an oil based paint . I have primed and painted it with a latex paint but every year it keeps on peeling off. Could anyone tell me of a good qaulity paint i could use.

Thank you

well 1st things 1st remove the other painted floor ... then apply an exterior paint to it but u cannot go ontop of an existing paint job .. u have to get the right paint for exterior or u can use Epoxy for garage and porch floors but remove all the chipped paint out to apply the new stuff or it won't work out ... good luck
