Project Description:
House is approx. 25 yrs. old with one original bathroom (tub/shower combo) that we would like to completely have re-done. Tiolet, sink and new laminate flooring was put in about 8 years ago but we would like to redo everything with the exception of replacing the tiolet. . Renos to be done follows: Current tub, tile, flooring (laminate), vanity countertop / cabinet, backsplash, medicine cabinet, all faucets removed and replaced with new items. Vanity to be custom built in oak as it is approx. 57 inches in length and we would like to have one exact in length. Countertop to be replaced with new granite or possibly laminate that has built in sink, therefore old sink to be removed as well. Backsplash to be redone in tile / granite. Tub to be replaced with deeper soaker model, with front of tub framed in and then covered in tile which will be matching to new flooring tile. New set of glass shower doors also to be installed along with entire tub area to be done in tile. All new faucets to be installed including hand held shower and taps in tub area. Towel bar and toilet paper roll to be taken off of current wall and moved to a different position. Holes in walls need to be repaired and then entire bathroom needs to be painted. There is a few specks of mold in the corner of the bathroom ceiing, which has been treated with bleach so I believe some of that area would need to be replaced. We would like to have someone come in during the timeframe of July 11 - 19 to have the work done. |

it is a 1995 modular home that was flood damaged by faulty pump, the living room,kitchen,and masterbedroom were redone by onside resoration in medicine hat,now have sagging floors"fell through 2 times in last six monthes,the cupboards put in are falling apart,thier plumber hooked up a pipe in 3" into my wall below my kitchen sink which ran water into my underbelly causing it to drop the kitchen lino will have to be destroyed but the carpets are salvagable.th ey also decided to build a room around my water pump and hotwater tank that was never finished, my insurance adjuster says they will pay for everything to go back to origanal but i need to get estimates, i am on an acrage 12min se of brooks or 5 min west of tilly, i know its a pain to fix other peoples mistakes but i have had them working on this for 2 and 1/2 years at 3 days a month and i refuse to let anyone that works with company in my home anymore. I am looking for somebody that can actually do the job properly, oh yeah the light switches zap you everytime you turn on a light so if you could be of help it would be greatly appreciated, I( just want my home back |

My husband and I are looking to build a 2 vehicle (enough space for 2 large trucks) garage, with a substantial workspace area. We hoping for a heated garage with electricity. We are also considering in-floor heating. We recently tore down the old garage that was on the property when we purchased it, so it can be built in the same place or elsewhere.
