Project Description: What we want is a new structure in fully paved back yard off of paved lane. Existing storage building measuring 12ft. by 16 ft. to be disassembled. Project Description: my current rangehood is those recirculated one, I want to change it to a ducted one but I need to add a new venting from the kitchen to outside of my house, how ? my stove is in the middle of my kitchen, not by the window. so if I have to add a rangehood venting, I have to go up and find a way out. if the vent is coming out from the roof, I have to double check and see if it will void the roof warranty. kind of tricky. no wonder the previous owner left it for the past 25 years but now we have to deal with it properly.
