Project Description: Very large stucco victorian-style house approx 1850. Very easy access (except part of west side--need to go on neighbours driveway)and on-site parking. Wood trim has not been painted in 10+ years and there is not much paint to scrap off. Wood is in medium condition. Wood siding on porch and fireescape have never been painted nor stained to my knowledge.
1. Clean, prime and paint all trim and window frames, two large bay windows, and siding on enclosed porch (white).
2. Clean and stain or paint three porche floors and one porch ceiling(two large porches, one small) (solid grey), railings and fire-escape (Behr solid white stain).
3. Clean, repair and paint storm windows (black).
4. Depending on the cost of the above three items, I would also like an estimate (to budget for 2009) painting the stucco (yellow).
