| Project Description: I have a 16 year old home with a 12-12 pitch roof, plywood sheathing and 16 year old 3 in 1 shingles. The shingles on one side of the roof are in bad shape whereas the other side are still in decent condition. It is a straight forward roof with no obsticles other than the vent pipe and electrical mast. The roof measures 31X22 x 2. Because the house is mostly above grade and is two stories the eave is about sixteen feet off the ground. There is easy access on all four sides of the house. Thanks for your time. |
