I have purchased a Timberframe kit that includes the timbers, structural insulated panels, tongue and groove pine boards for first and second floor ceiling. I require the following: 1) foundation (labour and materials) 2) frame wall at basement walkout (labour and materials) 3) beam, 1st floor joists and plywood subfloor (labour and materials) 4) drywall, (labour and materials) NOTE: Drywall is installed to inside of SIP panel before panel is attached to post. I do not require taping or finishing of drywall. 5) labour to install timberframe kit 6) labour to install exterior windows and doors (I supply window and doors) 7) metal roof (labour and materials) 8) exterior finishing with maibec siding plus aluminium corniche, soffit and facia (labour and materials) 9) exterior deck framing and 5/4 cedar floor deck and railings. NOTE: The company that makes the Timberframe kit sends a working Supervisor to direct and assist with the building of the kit. The kit is a Cape Style with two wings (approx. 2000 sq. ft.) Timberframe with walkout basement.. The lot is a sloped country lot on a lake. I require a detailed and accurate quote.

We will do the painting/decorating/organizing. Timeline for basement: April 2010. We are looking for time budget, labour budget, materials budget. We also require references - accreditations are under consideration.
