Built 1978, original cedar siding, needs replacement. I redid the cedar when we moved in 3 yrs ago to prevent leakage and further damage , but it was already beyond salvation - grey, cracked, warped. Want to replace the siding around the entire house.State of insulation unknown but I assume it needs at least some work. Roof replaced 3 yrs ago after leakage causing replacement of some interior drywall. PLease note that we are really looking for a contractor we can work with over years on several projects. Examples: EXTERIOR: One section of the roof was very poorly insulated at the time and needs to be re-insulated - looking for help with that. as well. We have a 30m cedar fence to build. INTERIOR: plans for extensive remodeling of interior of home (kitchen, new windows, stone floor, moving a wall, etc) We are serious and ready to go. |
