NOTE: The company that makes the Timberframe kit sends a working Supervisor to direct and assist with the building of the kit. The kit is a Cape Style with two wings (approx. 2000 sq. ft.) Timberframe with walkout basement.. The lot is a sloped country lot on a lake. I require a detailed and accurate quote.
