Project Description:
I have a 40 square foot bathroom that needs a new cupboard/sink and bathtub, tub-surround, i have already purchased the toilet. I also need the plywood on the floor replaced and drywall replace as water got under the floor and created mold. I can do any electrical as i am an electrician and possibly the plumbing too, so that just leaves the flooring ad dry-walling, but i can paint myself. Our basement suffered water damage this spring. It needs to be gutted and cleaned and then finished. It is about 1000 square feet and was built in the late sixties. Don't need anything fancy just clean dry livable space. The cieling needs to be redone too. A sump and pump should also be installed.
