Project Description: The actual size on blueprints: the main floor is 1149 sq. ft. and the 2nd floor is 690 sq. ft. making the total 1839 sq. ft.
The lot is located on the Last Mountain Lake Clearview, 80 km from Regina, on the opposite side from Regina Beach. Lot has a slope, so foundation may be walkout or regular basement. I need the estimate for the rest of the work.
• 9 ft. high log walls hand peeled, scribe fitted and insulated Englemann Spruce logs with an average diameter of 12 to 14 inches.
• Norwegian shrink fit saddle notches at the corners, with fiberglass insulation for a warm weather tight fit.
• log support beams and log floor joists for the upper floor. Joists pre-flattened to accept flooring.
• log beam with log post to support framed roof over the the covered porch.
• steel through bolts at corners, door and large window openings, and sufficient drift pins.
• one set of interior log stairs (Mortise & Tenon Const.). • all window and door openings cut out, key wayed and flared back, ready for simple installation of units.
• log ridge and purlins for the roof system cut at the correct roof pitch.
• log hand rails and log pickets for interior stairs, across loft and basement stair opening.
• ends of all logs sanded, chamfered and curled on top.
• working blueprints as per plan.
• labour to assist in the re-construction of log shell.
• F.O.B., 100 Mile House, B.C., Canada.

Project Description: We own a 1700 sq. home. and built in 1987. Would like to have exterior landscaping and interior renovation done to the home. However, we are also seeking someone for our basement which is sinking ( one side of the house is slopping.) quite terribly. We are seeking long term and affordable solution. We are enteraining the idea of having the whole basement demolish and redone (but we await the your expertise to tell us what is best to solve our problem) therefore being able to design and renovate the space to be more open and welcoming. The biggest concern right now is the slopping, as doorways are jamming and cracks are showing in the corner of the door ways. Depends on the estimates we may also consider other interior renovations. We are seeking someone who is willing to be patient, honest and work with us to ensure our home will be a safe and comfortable living space for our family.
Thank you kindly
Kathy |

" As a Premium member I received my
first lead notification e-mail for a bathroom renovation.
I immediately decided to get in touch with the prospect. To
my surprise he was eager to meet with me and an appointment
was made for myself and my partner to visit his home and quote
on the job. I was pleasantly surprised to find the seriousness
and quality of this prospect was top-notch! Shortly after
visiting the lead from HandyCanadian .... WE WERE AWARDED
THE JOB! We were astonished at how easy it was...this first
job has already paid for the membership! "
- Michael Klisouris, Second To None Renovations
" Your site has by far the best layout,
and is the best source of leads that we have. Since we listed
with Handy Canadian (December 2005), we've signed contracts
on over $400,000 worth of work - that's a pretty good return
on our advertising dollars, and is unsurpassed by any other
advertising that we've done so far. In fact, as we've built
such a network of referrals from the business we've received
via your site, we no longer advertise anywhere else! "
- Bryan, Baeumler Quality Construction and Renovations
Inc.
" I believe that the internet is the
way of the future and I believe that handy Canadian is ahead
of their time. Businesses are fighting to win customers to
win a 10-100 sale. But here for less then 1 dollar a day can
you receive hot leads to build your business. I love this
service!!! "
- Leslie H., Toronto Home Renovation
