Project Description: I would like a foundation to be built around the late July or early August (2010) The place where the foundation will be constructed will be the pleasantdale area just north of Naicam Saskachewan.
I will be looking for nine foot ceiling and will want in floor heating put in. An RTM house will be moved onto the foundation shortly after construction. The dirt composition is about six inches of top soil and underneath that is good old clay.
I will be needing the surrounding area leveled off after the foundation is dug so to be able to get the RTM house moved onto the foundation. I would like who ever wins this contract to be able to cordinate with a plumber to be there to put the infloor heating in as well as the septic tank and pump out to be constructed at the same time.
I can forward the plans for the RTM, house is around 1430 square feet in size. This quote will also include three standard windows for the basement as well as the teleposts supplied.

Project Description: I have a brand new basement. I am planning to do something to it. The area is 504 square ft. I want a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. I am thinking of two bedrooms, 1 storage room and a utility roon under the staircases. Of course the laundry room too with my stackable landry machine and dryer. There would be one closet in each bedroom. The house is approximately 50 years old but newly renovated. The basement is plumbing ready for the bathroom. There is no furnace room since it is a townhouse. The source of heater is boiler. I don't need fancy materials. I can use affordable one but durable. I really want this done but I need contractors to offer me affordable cost. |
